This place is a sham. They are very good at selling their product and explaining world news, but do nothing for you once they have your money. I held my money with them for 10 years, through one of the largest stock market rallies, and never earned anything. I left with a little less than what I put in. I had many conversations with them on what risk level I wanted, the types of allocations I wanted, and even some individual stocks I wanted to hold (like Broadcom, back when it was $30/share).
