Always extremely professional and they have always been on target with their advice on some extremely complicated issues. If I call and my contact(s) are not available - I can count on receiving a call back shortly afterward and that is something that you rarely find even in much smaller firms. Would definitely recommend them for any of your tax/accounting needs.
Alloy Financial Services is commission oriented and not client oriented. I have lost huge amounts of money in their "conservative" client "protected " investments which they are not. Be very careful and wary if deciding to invest in their conflict of interest investment vehicles with very high commission rates. I certainly regret it. This may also be why there is such a high turnover with their financial planners.
