No insurance cards, rude agents when they do call you back! Give you the run around. Plus pay $1000 a month for crappy insurance that covers nothing. Response to owner: so what is your name owner so I know who to speak with. I want to cancel yet your agents are saying there a 30 day “federal law” I can’t cancel. But I sure haven’t received the first insurance card and have made multiple requests for them! Also I was told NOTHING of this “law” when getting a policy. Alex at Benefits, Inc. did more in one morning than last year's agent (at another agency) spent weeks trying to finish. Professional, efficient and on her game. Saved us money and improved our plan. So glad we called her. 10/10 recommend.

I have been waiting for 5 almost 6 months for my insurance card, I call them and keep getting the run around as to why I don't have a card yet
