No insurance cards, rude agents when they do call you back! Give you the run around. Plus pay $1000 a month for crappy insurance that covers nothing. Response to owner: so what is your name owner so I know who to speak with. I want to cancel yet your agents are saying there a 30 day “federal law” I can’t cancel. But I sure haven’t received the first insurance card and have made multiple requests for them! Also I was told NOTHING of this “law” when getting a policy. Tim & Alex (and the entire team) are absolutely wonderful! They've been such an asset to our company. They're always going above and beyond to help answer any questions we (the business) - or - any of the employees have. They are so quick to respond to our inquires and I never have to follow up! I highly recommend Benefits Inc. for your health insurance needs. I couldn't be more grateful for their service.
Alex at Benefits, Inc. did more in one morning than last year's agent (at another agency) spent weeks trying to finish. Professional, efficient and on her game. Saved us money and improved our plan. So glad we called her. 10/10 recommend.
