If I could give negative stars I would! If you want a HOA that intrudes on your privacy by walking around on your private property and causes property damage, build with McCarthy and get to deal with David Baum from butler capital. David Baum likes to ride his bike through your yard and walk around like he owns the neighborhood. He refuses to listen the community members that he is supposed to be supporting. If I could give zero stars, I would. Staff ignores emails and calls. Had to switch insurance agents last year just to make sure my insurance wouldn’t lapse because they didn’t respond to me. Their management of my HOA is atrocious and they are not transparent about costs or budgets. I have no idea what they actually do to earn their fees. The lack of customer service is shocking. Scared to see how they would handle investment accounts. Beware.

Staff ignores calls, ignores emails, but will rapidly respond to tracked mail - almost like they know they can't dodge a photo and signature. I have asked repeatedly to speak with management regarding their poor practices only to be ignored. Next time I'm in the area I will be stopping in to visit in person.
