Jim Casement is wonderful to work with! He responded to all my questions within 24 hours and guided me through the process. My family and I moved from IL to TN, and there was an issue with the IL Dept. Of Revenue where they did not refund the entire amount. Jim took care of this issue and resolved it quickly.
