Highly recommend this credit union! If you are going to use this union I highly recommend asking for and dealing with Jessica. She has been fantasic help for me and my wife several times and she is very polite. 10/10 recommend!

The young lady, I think that her name was Robyn Strauss, gave excellent customer service!!! She was patient with me and I commended her for that because I worked in customer service for approximately 20 years or more and that is not always an easy thing to do depending on the customer!

As a new member of the Cedar Point Credit Union, I financed a vehicle I was purchasing. I was happy with the interest rate they offered and I was very impressed and appreciative of the excellent service I received from David Salter! David did his best to get my loan worked out and processed as quickly as possible, keeping me well informed all along the way! Lots of thumbs up to David and CPFCU!

Worst bank ever!!!! Card never works! They put daily limit on how much of my own money I can spend in one day. Ridiculous! If you do an online purchase of more than $200 it gets declined and then they deactivate your card. Even more ridiculous!!! I’ve never been left high and dry so many times by a bank but not anymore because I’m done with Cedar Point Federal Credit Union!!!
