I had the best experience speaking with Lisa Smith. She was so kind, knowledgable, and such a great problem solver. I really appreciated her taking the time to ensure I was informed on every step we were discussing and being so kind throughout the entire conversation. She is such an asset to Community Choice, and I’m so thankful to have been assisted by her. She deserves a raise for being an outstanding customer service representative!

i LOVE CCCU they are so personal and community is in the name for a reason. I’ve banked with them since 2021 and have nothing bad to say about them. Renee Bugosh is my go to teller she’s very sweet kind patient and thorough. She did a great job of walking me through the process of getting accepted for an Auto Loan and closing the deal. They really treat you like family there and offer lots of other rewards for members. you won’t be sorry if you bank with this company. Excellent customer service and benefits.
