I am totally pleased with Community Choice Credit Union. I went to them for refinancing on my car. I ended up also paying off two credit cards. The process was fast and Lisa was amazing. I had a very good experience dealing with all of the people at Community Choice Credit Union. Rebecca was especially help full and patient with all of my questions and the over all loan experience was very complete and detailed. My wife and I were able to get the loan completed in a very short time. I would Highly Recommend Community Choice Credit Union for any banking needs.
I would never recommend this credit union to anyone. We were trying to finance a vehicle with them and I ran around like crazy to get everything completed. Kathleen told us the value of the vehicle was $12k and they could issue the loan all I had to do is sign. Then this representative's boss came on and said oh so sorry no one ran the value of the vehicle, it is really only $5k and we can't give you the loan. Someone needs to retrain the employees there to learn the loan application process better. We were left disappointed... read more
