Terrible service and follow up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. They only want to take your money, once they have your money, the communication is awful.
Absolutely the worst financial / customer service. They are evasive, take days to respond if at all and hide behind email.
Very professional upscale investment firm with excellent client interaction and no pressure advice. Renee does excellent seminars and provides outstanding service. A neat Office at Sumter Landing and new office coming soon to Brownwood.
Rob Fross has been very attentive to our needs. When we have questions and concerns he never just tells us what to do. He takes the time to help us understand what we’re investing in and why. He truly has the heart of a teacher. We highly recommend Fross & Fross.
Well sadly we now know we can't trust google reviews as they are simply a way for others to post disparaging things about you. The post from "Jim" was really from a disgruntled employee who was fired. Too bad there is no way to differentiate real posts from false. Very sad.
