Don’t do it!!! The most unprofessional experience in my 40 plus years of doing tax returns. Never have I been so disappointed and frustrated. There is a lawsuit against James, I should have believed it. One hand does not know what the other is doing. Go anywhere, but go there!! I will be making my own complaint. Stay clear of this place
