CHARGED FOR MISTAKES AND ACCOUNTING ERRORS. We are a small business with 2 Full time employees and 1 part time employee. Monthly we send our Business Income for Online tax filings and biweekly payroll. Very Simple Accounting. Invoices received were very confusing and not itemized, not to mention really expensive! While Craig was friendly enough at our 25 minute interview -- for which he charged $175 -- I lost any sympathy for him or his firm when I was hit with an additional $800 bill to produce a simple personal tax return, a task he had outsourced to a junior accountant. Choosing this company was a huge mistake.
I have been dealing with Guy Landolfi and his associates for over 20 years. There is no way I would ever consider going elsewhere. In all aspects of bookkeeping for our small business as well as personal matters which require an accountant, Guy's office has been helpful and very responsive to our needs.
