Carl has an easy going approach to advising. There is never any pressure to take a route I am not comfortable with. He listens and explains things very well and quite often has to "dumb it down" for me because I used to rely on my deceased husband to explain and advise me.. Carl has filled that role and been a great advisor to what I want to accomplish safely. Highly recommend Carl Hanson.
