My front facing panorama window broke on my 2015 Scion Tc back before Thanksgiving. Working with Investment Resources, and specifically with Progessive that they signed me up for, has been a complete train wreck. Horrible customer service, lack of accountability, terrible at returning calls, snarky phone personalities, favorite excuse "I'm kind of new at this" for over a year now.. . Don't get your auto insurance from this company because according to them "insurance is not their main money maker" Translation, I don't care what your needs are, you don't make me enough money. great place. They got me back 800 dollars from a previous year that the other tax guys missed after auditing my previous paperwork. They are professional and just plain better at getting me back more each year than any other person out there.
