Tried to get someone there to help me close an account. After 1.5hrs on hold, I gave all my info to someone who simply placed me on another 2hr hold. Just as I'd get to 2 minutes left, someone would answer and replace me on "greater than 30 minutes hold". It's like trying to negotiate with a terrorist organization and I don't have enough hostages to trade. I will NEVER allow my retirement to be held hostage again. Anyone know someone I can call?

I’m not sure if people read these however we had a great experience here. It felt right when we walked through the door. The people were nice. Everyone made us feel comfortable and Matt explained things perfectly. We didn’t know what to expect going in and left there really happy. We should have done something like this years ago.

Core Financial has been a great company for us. I was able to set up college funds for my kids and a supplemental retirement account. Matthew DiGiacomo meets with us regularly to discuss goals and progress on our accounts. I highly recommend this financial management company.
