If you like being ignored and if you would like your taxes done at the last minute give them a try. The 1st yr was AMAZING! Returning this yr it's very unprofessional. Voicemails and emails are not returned. Appointments missed with no follow up. Deadline approaching and I'm still unable to finalize my taxes. This is a small business with only a husband and wife operating it. I think they are overwhelmed with the boom of business. They have had my taxes since February and I'm still waiting.
I've been using JK Edwards' for my personal and business taxes, for over 5yrs. I plan to further our business relationship by using their full accounting services, in the coming month. I verbally recommend their services all the time. And it dawned on me that I should also leave a review for those I do not come in contact with. So if you want professional, knowledgeable service, give them a call.
