Incredible team at Fidelity. Brittney, Lizzie, and Emily have given us solid tax advice for a variety of business and personal concerns. We were very loyal to our last tax preparer (Aurora Taxes) and knew any company that she merged with would be top notch. We haven't been disappointed; year after year we have continued to grow financially and wisely plan for taxes thanks to Brittney's excellent guidance. Customers for life!
Fidelity Financial in Kenai has taken care of my needs for over 12 years. Started with Parley Giles and now exceptionally pleased with Brittany Briggs and her staff. From IRS inquiries to small business tax advice, I have been very pleased and relieved by their prompt professional service.
HORRIBLE communications and shady work at the Soldotna Alaska office. Many inconsistencies. Not listening to what the client says. REALLY BAD about appointments. Had one set and never got a call! DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME. They had all my paperwork in MARCH BUT STILL had to file an extension! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.
