Their failure of communication was horrendous. To lower my premiums, I had a new roof put on my house. I sent in the wind mitigation report - never heard from my agent, 3 weeks later I called to follow up with her, I was told that I did not sign the report. I questioned her as to why she never contacted to let me know. She could not give me a reason. Finally 2 months later I receive a revised premium that was $1,000 less then I was paying. HUGE shout out to Ashley Pollard for EXCELLENT customer service! I was in a huge jam and not only was she efficient in helping solve the issue (no fault on them) she also showed empathy. Within 6 hours the issue was resolved. Thank you Ashley, I appreciate your help more than you know!

I have been dealing with this agency for several years. They are very attentive and have always put my needs first. I would especially like to recognize both Chrissy and Ditte, as they have always been exceptional! I highly recommend this agency and their wonderful employees.

Originally everything started great. Changing the rating to one star as communication has not been there. Our policy was dropped through Tower Hill because we were not informed our "clean up" pictures were not sufficient, so we didn't submit new ones. They really dropped the ball and have still been waiting on a "supervisor" to call me back. We went over to Acentria insurance in Inverness and they have been most helpful.

They made a mistake on my premium and will not own the mistake while I paid out of pocket. Then I spoke to Brandel office manager and in nice words he stated there is nothing left to discuss and you can take your business somewhere else. This is after I have been a customer for more than 10 years. This is how I was treated for being a loyal customer. Thanks.
