Originally everything started great. Changing the rating to one star as communication has not been there. Our policy was dropped through Tower Hill because we were not informed our "clean up" pictures were not sufficient, so we didn't submit new ones. They really dropped the ball and have still been waiting on a "supervisor" to call me back. We went over to Acentria insurance in Inverness and they have been most helpful.
Dr Fowler is the best chiropractor. Saved me from having time have surgery and pain medications. Such wonderful staff as well.
I have been dealing with this agency for several years. They are very attentive and have always put my needs first. I would especially like to recognize both Chrissy and Ditte, as they have always been exceptional! I highly recommend this agency and their wonderful employees.
I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism and ignorance from a company in my life. This company and it's employee's Ashley Pollard, Ditte Bazo and Karen Zagarella knowing defrauded my husband and I out of 100s of dollars to get a new construction policy on our home build.
