After years of dealing with the "big" national companies directly we switched to Lakecountry Insurance, 5 years ago. With rates going up double digits every year Laurie and her team quickly shop many different companies saving me money and time.
Bait and switch. Original quote $993. Few days later she wanted $1282. Waste of you time. I asked for a quote for coverage of my 2 vehicles plus renters insurance. Kim send me quote on Friday. When I wanted to get a coverage on following Tuesday rate went up 150$. I asked her what have happened over the weekend and she didn’t really have a good explanation and offer me original rate. Really happy with Laurie at Lakecountry Insurance. Timely and responsive to all my questions whether they were by phone or email. Lowered my insurance premiums quite a bit and saved my family a lot of money. I’ve switched from Allstate and am not looking back!
