Corey T. Clark recommended a substantial investment that was held out as flexible and primarily a long term tax benefit that was completely safe. We feel Corey’s statements were misleading as were the futuristic numbers he showed as being current, as of the date of discussions, but unreconcilable with the web or statement data from the insurance company. As a result, we lost substantial retirement financial flexibility and sustained a large loss of retirement savings.
