Sloppy, careless and condescending. I didn't want to keep my money I herited with them because I was less than impressed with how they handled the money in my mother's trust for over a decade. I asked to have my accounts liquidated and closed. They said I could do it myself. I did. Now they said I didn't do it correctly and that's why the accounts weren't completely closed.
