We waited for more than 3 months to receive quotes from Mountain West. They were never proactive; every time, we had to reach out. And the response was: 1. yes, we'll get these quotes for you; 2. we're still waiting; 3. we haven't heard back yet; 4. it's a busy time for carriers and we probably won't hear anything until 45 days out from expiry; 5. then 30 days out; 6. then a week out; 7. and then they finally they told us it could be even a day out from our expiry date in November 2024.
