Had agent no longer there. No call back from supposed agent handling account. No notification that agent had changed. Also, informed company of life changing event paper work was never up dated. Very poor customer service with Montrose CO company. Calling new company can always change insurance
Before y’all became Mountain West Insurance, you actually used to care about people and their issues. Now I feel like when I talk to you, I’m talking to politician you only hear what you wanna hear and you don’t help people with their issues. I am no longer using Mountain West Insurance for this reason.
This place has been my insurance company for a long time and they are always on point.
