We had a 401k plan for our staff that no one understood how to access. Getting the plan administrator on the phone to help was difficult. I am so happy we have Royal and Emma from OPFA on our side. They actually care about us and our team. They take time explain and walk us through things. If you are a business owner, give them a call. If you are looking for someone to advise you on financial matters, give them a call. They see you, as a person, not dollar signs.
