Pilkington was the administrator of our company's retirement plan. In my opinion they are the epitome of what is wrong with the 401k system (google John Oliver 401k if you don't know what I'm talking about). While the fund selection was wider than most plans, the funds had high fees and little options for low cost investing. The lowest cost fund was over 0.5% for an index fund with most funds over 1%.
