When we first switched over to Kyle he was phenomenal. Quick to answer questions and respond. Anytime we wanted to add something new or moved he was so quick and responsive. Great insurance company if you never need to use insurance. Then when he had a possible claim, he was nowhere to be found. Kyle Champ is the best! We lost our home and all of our contents to a gas explosion in November 2021. My husband was seriously injured in the explosion. I called Kyle while my husband was being care flighted and he said "take care of your husband, I'll take care of your home". Within 24 hours the adjuster called me and said he was finishing our claim and our check for our total loss would be in the mail at the end of the week.
