On May 1, 2021, I requested assistance from my financial advisor (Brian West). I was seeking financial information for a form that I was completing. He stated that he would be happy to assist me if I would email him the forms. He would complete those forms and submit them for me. The deadline for filing those forms was June 25, 2021. horrible experience with kody, he was very unprofessional and rude. after several instances cussing on the phone, and talking down about me, when he thought he had his mic muted. just because i don't blindly follow your first recommendation. sorry i asked for information etc.. they are only interested in your easy money, and if your going to just roll over for them. don't use them!
