I have been impressed with this group consistently. They communicate well for tax planning purposes so that we are not surprised at the end of the year. Our return on investment has been good, and I have not had an issue with calls not being returned. Excellent team over there.
Several years ago, they advised me to invest in two KBS REITs. I'm sure they made a nice commission, but it has been a nightmare for me. The KBS company is nothing but crooks, along with the financial advisors who recommend them. Part of it is my fault for not asking enough questions, but no advisor should do this to any person who trusts them.
