Don’t do it y’all - I reached out to Brad to write me a motorcycle insurance quote. He was very informative and followed up with my questions over email the first 2-3 days after my quote to which I responded I was ready to move forward. I have been a customer for 10+ years dealing mostly with Brad Ryant Jr and his knowledge and customer service is impeccable! I used this company for ten years to get Nationwide insurance. The responsiveness isn't that great. Once I tried to cancel my nationwide service this group's communication became absolutely abysmal. I spent over a month trying to get someone to answer a phone or respond back to emails. The only time I could speak to someone on the phone was when Nationwide customer service patched them in since the contractor has to process the insurance cancellation.
