I used this company for ten years to get Nationwide insurance. The responsiveness isn't that great. Once I tried to cancel my nationwide service this group's communication became absolutely abysmal. I spent over a month trying to get someone to answer a phone or respond back to emails. The only time I could speak to someone on the phone was when Nationwide customer service patched them in since the contractor has to process the insurance cancellation. They are just genuine good people. The staff there is always so welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I have experienced the insurance side of their business and I am now looking forward to working with them for financial services as well. I know they will not disappoint!
