We switched over from Ameriprise in 2015 and have not looked back. Terry and his group of professionals are just that. Very attentive to our family's financial present and future needs. Terry is a pleasure to work with, David Cooper (one of Sandvold' s associates) calls me occasionally when they have a suggestion or opportunity to move some funds whether buying or to purchase. They listen to my concerns and I appreciate they way they handle our funds.
I have had a few financial advisors but settled on this group 10 years ago. You could not pay me to switch to anyone else. This group, specifically Blake Sandvold, is absolutely outstanding. We do monthly calls and semi-annual in person meetings to go over the status of my portfolio and the broad market. They appear give honest and researched advice on stocks. They are better than most to call to review your account, at least once a year. The advice is more proactive than reactive. They do give you a lot more attention if you are new and haven't yet signed up for additional services such as life insurance. American Express did the same thing only a little more sales pressure. They have well qualified staff, successful relationships with most clients and many product offerings. I left to another service provider after the Sandvold team made enough missteps that affected our relationship.
