My rating is for both investments and service. Investments 4.5 (based on my parents investments) and service 1.0. My mother had an easy, straight forward will. Other investments that she had were settled within 6 weeks of her death. It took SJ Long 6 month and it often seemed like a shell game. There were many, many phone calls to them, numerous copies of the same documents forwarded to them, and finally the intervention of the CEO (thank you) to get things rolling so we could finally conclude her estate. Josh Eder with SG Long has been phenomenal is assisting me with transferring my 401k from my old job and investing my money and help me start growing my investments! He's very trustworthy and i recommend him to everyone! All of their staff though has been very friendly whenever I go in!
