Was referred to Katie. Left 3 voicemails 3 months ago and no return calls. Had to make my way to the office myself for her to tell me it's done. Everyone deserves the same urgency and professionalism to at least get a phone call notifying them their taxes are done. Terrible service. My first and my last.
This is THE place to go! Actually had an enjoyable experience getting my taxes done by Pam. Very pleasant and well educated group of people. Highly recommend them!
