Trying to get a hold of someone on a Friday forget it and try to get an agent to call you back post hastily not going to happen. Call a request to get a primary doctor and they give a doctor's name to see that's not even seeing patients so call back to tell them and they tell you abruptly that they unfortunately are not going to be able to service your account anymore even though their getting paid up to end of year. We met with Joe Corcoran and Jason Sherman a few months before our insurance was going to expire and provided all of the information they needed. They assured us they would research policies and recommend plans for my husband and me. When the time came, they would not return phone calls or emails, and left us scrambling to find policies on our own two weeks before ours expired. I would leave zero stars if that option was available.

Joe really helped me understand Medicare. He is professional, very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. He explained all the options and answered all my questions. Spectrum Retirement Solutions is the best!
