We have been with Scott Moffit for 25 years or more and have had NOTHING but stellar service from him and this company.I highly disagree with any negative responses that have been made. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I feel these accusations are unfair. They have done a wonderful job for us over the years and I would avoid the naysayers, not the company.
We have been utilizing the financial services offered by Summit Financial Group, Inc since 1999 and are very happy with the outcome of our investments and with all the staff who have helped us along the way. We have been with Summit for around 7 or 8 years now. Scott is easily accessible via email or a meeting if needed. They direct most of our investment strategies including retirement, 401k & annuities. In short, they do a great job and our investment values reflect same. The piece of mind and relaxation that comes from knowing your investments are producing as much as possible far outweighs the cost of the services.
Awful experience! Our previous accountant retired and sold to Summit. Since then, in back to back years, they have screwed up our taxes, by not filing on time, even though they had all of the information. We have then owed money to the IRS because of Summit's error, and the best Summit can do, is give us a 'credit' on our next year's tax prep fee. As if we are going to use them again. To top it off, they never return phone calls. DO NOT USE SUMMIT
Scott is a caring, honest family man who does wonderful things for his clients. I met Scott many years ago, and have been a client ever since, and watched his agency grow from a small office in Blue Ash to the beautiful Loveland facility he has now. His staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with (ask for Terri - she is a delight), and both my wife and I have our IRA accounts with Scott at Summit. We have also referred friends to this agency and have received very complimentary feedback. Excellent!!
