Have had my taxes completed by this business the last three years and I can confidently say I will no longer be returning to them. Each year there has been poor communication, mistakes made, and multiple headaches having to sort the fallout alone with IRS/Rita/State.
This place was great until recently. They decided to drop me as a client without so much as a letter from the new place that they chose to take over account which I did not even choose and have ghosted me and left my account in limbo during the worst time possible. No response from calls or emails. Still looking for answers on things regarding my account... totally unprofessional how they handled this situation. Greed rules all anymore.
