Mike is a great communicator. I have been to numerous retirement workshops that he has presented about the US Postal Service. I can't say enough good things about Mike Zaino of The Zaino Group. Recently, I attended a union sanctioned retirement seminar sponsored by AFGE which Mike was the presenter. He provided a lot of important, sometime complex, information in a confidence, calm knowledgeable manner which everyone could understand. I attended Mike Zaino's Retirement Workshop and found it to be informative and entertaining. Many of these seminars are boring and sleep inducing, but not Mike's. He engaged the audience and he presented the information in a clear, easy to understand manner. He kept the presentation lively, and I came away with a great deal of knowledge. My husband and I started working with Mike about a few months ago after we attended a retirement seminar that he hosted. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand.
