Painless – is the term I use to describe my experience with Tim Riley & Associates in Redding, CA. I was referred by dear friends and super grateful. Tim is such a personable and knowledgeable tax professional, he and his friendly and efficient staff made my 2017 taxes painless, not usually the term that one uses when it comes to tax time.
Was ok in the beginning. Pros a "capture". The front desk staff is very nice but good luck hearing from anyone else. The just kind of gave up on my husband's claim. They have not bothered to return his last call. We are left disheartened and with questions. Would not recommend.
