Super friendly, but you pay a lot for that smile. Their fees are very high and their results are no better than you could do yourself. You should never pay a CFP an AUM fee. Instead, hire an hourly financial coach for a lot less, and then learn how to use basic, low cost Vanguard targeted retirement funds/ETFs. You will be fine.
