One of the worst companies to get an auto loan from. Every agent you speak to gives you inaccurate information. No one knows what’s really going on. When they can’t solve a problem for you they act like they can’t hear you then hang up the phone! I absolutely HATE this company. I would never do business with them ever again.
A doe ran into my car in Dec. The earliest time they could fix it was mid/late Feb. So I got a insurance check to get it fix & low and behold they keep the check and say I have to jump through hoops to get a check to have it fixed. Not to mention I was offering a dollar amount to pay off the car quicker. They sent me a quote of the exact amount of the loan, they didn't even remove the interest or taxes. In good faith, I got a recommendation from Dave Ramsey for this Tax advisor. It has been over one month, I have paid for my taxes to be completed and paid! Unfortunately, the individual stated they are sending it out today! Folks, if you need your taxes done…. You might consider another company…. I am getting no response…. Consumer beware!!!!! They did complete my Taxes but this was a painful customer experience.
I wish I could give them zero stars or even minus Stars. We tried to buy a truck put the down payment in at the car lot for over 3 weeks Westlake was holding us up about needing this and needing that. We gave them everything they asked for over and over and over. I wish zero stars was an option. This company was recommended by the Ramsey group. I’ve already made sure the Ramsey group knew this company should be removed as a rebuttable company. They agreed to take on my taxes, set up my account and I sent them everything. I didn’t hear anything for over a month. The end of March came and JR asked for some Birthdays.
