Absolutely!!!!! HATTTEEEE that I got a car loan through them. The BBB needs to investigate and get this financial institution down. They keep giving me different payment amounts to pay on my loan or they transfer the call or either just simply hang up! This is truly unacceptable! And I am highly pissed off !
These people had me pay to remove my car from impound and SOLD MY CAR the same day I paid them. I was going through a rough time and unfortunately had to get a loan which I was fully capable of and intended to pay, however I was unexpectedly incarcerated and my car was impounded and then moved to an auction lot while I was away for maybe 6 weeks and unable to make outside contact. Horrible horrible customer service. I got hung up on multiple times after asking for a manager or supervisor. They kept adding money to my pay off amount after making my set payments. Nobody was putting in notes that I was on a payment plan and they were just adding money after talking to 5 people about a payment plan. Even after getting the names of the customer service reps and reporting that I had talked to them, nobody knew what I was talking about. Customer service is overseas and they are awful to say the very least. I called to see how much interest I paid for so far and they kept giving me the interest rate and per diem, everything but what I wanted. When call centers go overseas the quality of customer service drops tremendously but what else is new? They are incompetent and this company is not helpful at all with my car loan, can’t wait to pay it off.
TERRIBLE IN EVERY LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIARS , INCONSIDERATE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. YOU WOULD THINK THEY ARE A COLLECTIONS COMPANY INSTEAD OF A COMPANY HANDLING AUTO LOANS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LAUGHABLE I TRULY HOPE THE ATTITUDES PRESENTED ARE NOT THE TRAINING MODEL. OVERALL A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. WILL SEEK TO COMPLAIN TO CORPORATE HOPEFULLY THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE RESPECTFUL SINCE THEIR AGENTS AREN'T. SMH
