Customer service is overseas and they are awful to say the very least. I called to see how much interest I paid for so far and they kept giving me the interest rate and per diem, everything but what I wanted. When call centers go overseas the quality of customer service drops tremendously but what else is new? They are incompetent and this company is not helpful at all with my car loan, can’t wait to pay it off.
Absolutely!!!!! HATTTEEEE that I got a car loan through them. The BBB needs to investigate and get this financial institution down. They keep giving me different payment amounts to pay on my loan or they transfer the call or either just simply hang up! This is truly unacceptable! And I am highly pissed off !
These people had me pay to remove my car from impound and SOLD MY CAR the same day I paid them. I was going through a rough time and unfortunately had to get a loan which I was fully capable of and intended to pay, however I was unexpectedly incarcerated and my car was impounded and then moved to an auction lot while I was away for maybe 6 weeks and unable to make outside contact. I wish I could give them zero stars or even minus Stars. We tried to buy a truck put the down payment in at the car lot for over 3 weeks Westlake was holding us up about needing this and needing that. We gave them everything they asked for over and over and over. I do not know where they get their employees from but these people do not know how to do their jobs they do not understand what you are saying to them they are just there to answer the phone it does not make any sense. I wish zero stars was an option. This company was recommended by the Ramsey group. I’ve already made sure the Ramsey group knew this company should be removed as a rebuttable company. They agreed to take on my taxes, set up my account and I sent them everything. I didn’t hear anything for over a month. The end of March came and JR asked for some Birthdays.
