Come in for personal policy signup and Junior Dees, the advisor, was on his phone, very abrupt, and not very professional. All he said was sign here without the application filled out you were signing, and was instantly back texting on his phone like it was his place of business and instead he was visiting mine unannounced not the scheduled visit that should have been 3 days prior!
